Capabilities and Certification

The U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED ratings are an internationally recognized green building certification system, providing third-party verification that a building was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts. The National Organic Program (NOP) and the Organic Foods Production Act are intended to assure consumers that the organic foods they purchase are produced, processed, and certified to be consistent with national organic standards. Fullbloom Baking has been accredited by the USDA NOP, which certifies producers and handlers of agricultural products according to the NOP regulations.

California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF) is the only full service organic certification and trade association providing premier organic certification programs and trade association benefits to farms, processors, private labelers, retailers, restaurants, brokers, and supporting members including individuals, suppliers and service providers. CCOF is one of the most recognized and trusted seals in the organic industry.

The Whole Grains Council helps consumers find whole grain foods and understand their health benefits; helps manufacturers create delicious whole grain products; and helps the media write accurate, compelling stories about whole grains. Fullbloom Baking products carry the official Whole Grain Stamp, that informs consumers that our products are made with 100% whole grains.

The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), founded in 1997, is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned controlled, and operated by women in the United States. The WBENC has certified that Fullbloom Baking is a women-owned business. Certification is one of WBENC’s three core values: Certification, Opportunities, and Resources.
