KAREN TRILEVSKY

CEO and Founder

Karen Trilevsky founded FullBloom in 1989 and has been the company’s sole owner for 21 years. Karen’s passion for baking and enthusiasm for turning good values into good business have kept her intimately involved in day to day operations. She provides key decision making for this fast growing company of more than 220 employees.

Karen built FullBloom around three core values; make the highest quality, best tasting baked goods possible, be committed to the environment and sustainability, and care for the health and well being of the community.

Karen currently sits on the Board of Directors of Women Chefs & Restaurateurs and FullBloom’s own Smart Cookie Scholarship Fund. She recently graduated from UCLA’s Entrepreneurship Program. She is also a member of Slow Food and the Chefs’ Collaborative.

 

LAVERNE MATIAS

Vice President – Human Resources

Laverne Matias strategizes and oversees FullBloom’s human resources operations, including staffing, diversity, rewards, recognition, employee benefits, learning and development, organizational development, strategic change and internal communications.

He offers Fullbloom expertise in organizational design, talent acquisition and development, performance management and cultural transformation. This extensive experience allows him to optimally align business goals with the strengths and needs of FullBloom’s team of employees.

Laverne is an avid runner and foodie.

 

 AUDREY HENG

CFO

Audrey Heng is the Chief Financial Officer at FullBloom Baking Company, overseeing the financial planning for the organization and managing financial risk. She ensures that FullBloom is utilizing its financial resources in the best way possible.

Audrey has experience in financial planning, analysis, auditing, and risk management. Her work enables FullBloom to utilize its resources in a manner that best serves its customers.

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, staying active, and traveling.

 

JAGADEESH DIXIT

Industrial Engineer

Jagadeesh Dixit leads all baking operations at FullBloom Baking Company. “Jag” is an experienced, results oriented baking superintendent with a long career in the food industry.

Jag’s manufacturing expertise and knowledge lends to a consistently high-level of quality for all products coming out of the FullBloom bakery. He is an outstanding leader that keeps FullBloom’s production running smoothly.

In his spare time, Jag enjoys traveling and working out.

 

 ROWENA AQUILIZAN

Quality Assurance Manager

Rowena Aquilizan is the Quality Assurance Manager at FullBloom Baking Company and is responsible for leading the company’s food safety & food quality programs. She brings a wealth of experience in auditing, microbiology, and sensory.

In her time at FullBloom , Rowena has utilized her knowledge and experience to bring FullBloom’s quality and safety standards to the next level. Rowena’s leadership and diligence ensures that our customers continue to receive the highest quality baked goods that they have come to expect.

In her spare time, Rowena enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, or just relaxing.

 

PETER CONN

Research & Development Manager

Peter Conn is the R&D Manager at Full Bloom Baking Company, overseeing the creation of new and innovative products to the highest quality standards. Peter’s work allows FullBloom the ability to offer innovative and customized baked goods solutions to its customers.

Peter possesses a great passion for baking and all natural foods. He has held the roles of baker, teacher, volunteer, and leader for a number of well-respected food related institutions over a span of 20 years.

 

LEO CARPIO

Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Leo leads all engineering and maintenance activities at FullBloom Baking Company.  He offers a wealth of experience in lean manufacturing from various industries. This experience helps FullBloom maintain operational efficiencies and keeps the company running at an optimal level. Leo transforms strategic plans into workable solutions and applies best practices to achieve FullBloom’s operational objectives.

In his spare time, Leo enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and doing home renovations.

 

LAURE CHATARD

Sales Director

Laure is the Sales Director at FullBloom Baking Company. She leads FullBloom’s sales strategy by exploring partnership opportunities in both the foodservice and retail channels. Laure has been working in the food industry for over 10 years, both in France and in the United States, and has expert knowledge of artisan baked goods and gourmet desserts.

With her passion for food, Laure ejoys French and Mediterranean cooking.  Laure also participates in numerous athletic endeavors including skiing, snowboarding, running, and swimming.
