FullBloom Baking Company is a Certified Woman Owned business celebrating 21 years under single ownership by Founder and CEO, Karen Trilevsky. We bring you a continuity of leadership and learning that is rare in the baking industry. Known for our delicious, innovative, all-natural baked goods, they’re some of the best you’ve ever tasted. What you may not know about us is that when we starting baking all those years ago, it was on the premise that good values are good business.

We’re All-Natural and Organic – and Have Been for 21 Years and Counting!

We began as and remain an all-natural and organic bakery. We are USDA Organic and CCOF Organic certified and a member of the Whole Grains Council. To this day many of our ingredients are sourced directly from the farm. We strive to bring you healthier, tastier baked goods at the cost-competitive scale you need.

We lead the Industry in Sustainability

We are the only bakery of our size that can boast LEED certification. Every one of our 95,000 square feet was designed to minimize our impact on the environment. From low VOC materials, to energy saving lighting, to the fleet of hybrid cars in our parking lot, we’re leading our industry in new building and production standards. When you partner with us you can feel confident that you’re helping steward the environment while bringing your customers delicious baked goods.

We Give Back to Our Community

At FullBloom we’re grateful for the exceptional people that work here. We’ve had the good fortune to be able to share the company’s success with our employees, creating individual opportunities for them and their families. One of our proudest achievements has been the establishment of the Smart Cookies Scholarship program. Not only does it provide financial support to students who might not otherwise go to college, it also offers a mentoring program that helps ensure their success.
